Interview with Eugene Teague

PirateCrew.com had the opportunity to do a one-on-one, exclusive interview with Seton Hall center Gene Teague. The Vineland, N.J. native is a former player for the Southern Illinois Salukis, where he averaged 8.6 points and 5.3 rebounds per game as a sophomore.

This past season, he sat out per NCAA transfer regulations. Teague has two years of eligibility at Seton Hall remaining.



Greg Domorski: Are you prepared for the upcoming season?

Eugene Teague: I'm ready. I'm ready to get back out on the court and I am excited. A year is a long time to be sitting out. I like playing in the metropolitan area and having the opportunity to compete in the Big East.
