A Special Pirate, Terry Dehere

Tireless work ethic sounds like a cliche to describe most any prolific athlete, but when Seton Hall great Terry Dehere uses it to describe himself it most certainly holds true.

For Seton Hall's all-time leading scorer, and at the time of Dehere's graduation the Big East's as well, his eventual collegiate accomplishments were nothing that he envisioned when making the jump to D1 basketball from national powerhouse St. Anthony's High School.

"Not a chance," Dehere said of anticipating his future collegiate records as a high school senior. "At that point in my career at seventeen years old I was just happy and fortunate enough to get a scholarship to go to college.
